在來米一斤.用一斤冷水 (600c.c) 沖散成粿漿備用


                                菜頭切絲.一斤菜頭可抵 (300 c.c) 的水 ( 菜頭多則水減少 )           


                                           菜頭先下鍋用溫火燜軟.加調味料.胡椒粉.鹽少許


                                                       倒入沖散的粿漿攪拌均勻成糊狀


                                                                 蒸籠的水要先燒開


                                                                        


 




 


 


                                                          這是我做好的菜頭糕


              


 








             


              


                                                   菜頭糕也可以切丁塊煮湯


                                        加一些配料.蒜頭和蝦米或肉絲隨各人喜好
